Dr. Anuj Pal Kapoor holds a PhD from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi and his research areas include consumer psychology towards web-based platforms, collaborative consumption, and digital transformation & maturity. During his Ph.D., he developed a framework for strategic partnership between banks and e-commerce players, based on the digital consumption patterns of consumers across India. Prior to joining the PhD program, he has worked in the industry for six years across marketing, innovation and consulting domains.
