This Project represents the methodology to detect the DNA bases AT (Adenine-Thymine) &GC(Guanine-Cytosine) pairing, acting as a PN junction diode. To use individual DNA molecules for producing a new range of electronics devices which are faster, smaller and more energy efficient than the present semi conductor electronic devices.
In this project we created a prototype device which was used to transmit power for a short considerable distance (say 6cm). We successfully transmitted the power in the experiment with an efficiency of 66.98%. The power transmission project was designed keeping in mind the purpose of charging batteries for pacemakers, laptop batteries etc. We were successful to switch on a 5v LED and also a 12 v dc brushless fan.
