We study ultrafast carrier dynamics of artificial laminates built from few-layer WS2&hBN using optical pump-THz probe. We observe novel optoelectronic response in WS2/hBN laminates, ascribe to dipoles formation at semiconductor-insulator interfaces. © OSA 2016.
