Abstract
Transfer of electrons through semiconductor heterojunctions is the key process in all electronics. Here we make movies of electron dynamics in InSe/GaAs through time and spectrally-resolved photoemission electron microscopy, bringing insights to this fundamental process. © 2017 IEEE.
