Abstract
Stabilization of G-quadruplex inhibits the activity of the enzyme telomerase in cancer cells. We found LL37, a host defense human cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide, to be a potent binder of G-quadruplex structures. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2013.
