Control with limited resources has been studied extensively since the last decade to optimize the system performance in terms of economic and practical constraints Brockett and Liberzon (IEEE Trans Autom Control 45:1279–1289, 2000 [8]), Elia and Mitter (IEEE Trans Autom Control 46:2458–2462, 2008 [9]).
